My UK Visa has been refused in Nigeria because of CAC registration

 CAC search, as reason for Visa Refusal in Nigeria.


Recently in Nigeria, many UK visa application have been refused because of their Business or Company cannot be found on Cooperate Affairs website (CAC). In some cases, when the business or company is found on the CAC website, the Search result returns " INACTIVE" . 

Once the Search returns a result showing that your company or business is "INACTIVE", YOUR visa will be automatically refused.

If you plan to apply for a UK visa in Nigeria as an employee or Self employed business person, Ensure your company or business is visible on the CAC website. Also ensure that you have filled up to date annual return information with the Corporate Affairs Commission. 

Once you have done all this, confirm the status of your company or business name on the CAC website, before applying for UK visia.
