As a Nigerian Citizen, you will need to apply for a Visa to visit the United Kingdom. So the steps bellow will guide you through the Visa application process.
- Get a Valid International Passport
Before you can apply for a visa, you must first have a valid international passport. You can get a passport from the Nigerian Immigration Website - Register at the UK Government website
Now that you have gotten a Valid international passport, you can now visit the UK GOV Website. On the website, you can choose the type of Visa you want to apply for. It could be "standard Visitor", " Study Visa", "Business or Work Visa".
Based on the type of visa you are applying for, you will create an account and fill the form. - Book Appointment
Once you are done filling the form on the UK Government website, pay for the Visa fee, you will then proceed to book an appointment. Normally, you will be directed to the TLS Website, where you will book and appointment. - Payment
The type, time, venue of the appointment will determine the price you pay. You can either pay for your UK visa appointment with your dollar dominated card from any Nigerian bank, or you use a third party payment platform provided on the TLS Website, - Biometric Verification
After you have paid and booked your appointment on the TLS Website, you will have to be present at the venue on the scheduled date.
